We need to stop thinking about jobs and start thinking about SKILLS, and the future will be about what skills you have to offer as you will probably have what is called a portfolio career, where you work with several employers. The types of skills will be around critical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills, teamwork and communication skills.
There will be industries that you can specialise in, for example health care, finance, medical, psychology, climate management and much more.

ACS has 47,000 members from the IT industry, some members own companies while others work in the industry. We provide guidance on pathway options into the technology industry directly to students and their parents, at schools and through our Young Tech Ambassador program.

The ICT GISP bridges between industry and schools to provide pathway insight and experiences for students who are considering a career into technology.
